Our engagements are quoted case by case. The ranges below give an order of magnitude for typical project shapes.
Development
- MVP web / SaaS application€30,000 to €80,000
- Refactor or extension of an existing application€50,000 to €150,000
- Full dapp + smart contracts€60,000 to €200,000
Includes discovery, technical architecture, frontend, backend, deployment, and a post-launch support window.
Advisory & Support
- Embedded PM / Delivery Lead (3-month minimum)€12,000 to €20,000 per month
- Scoping and roadmap audit (one-off)€5,000 to €15,000
- Technical or architecture advisory (one-off)€3,000 to €10,000
Includes roadmap ownership, multi-team coordination, stakeholder reporting, vendor management.
Web3
- Smart contracts + integration (dapp, backend, indexer)€20,000 to €80,000
- Web3 layer added to an existing product (wallet, payments, NFT gating)€10,000 to €40,000
Includes smart contract development, wallet integration, indexing (subgraphs or custom), log scanning, RPC backends. Does not include tokenomics design, DAO governance advisory, or smart contract security audits.
