Commitments - What if it doesn't go as planned?

Discovery scoped and budgeted upfront
The Discovery phase is shared, quoted, and time-limited. If the technical brief doesn't convince you, you stop there. No further commitment.
Scope and budget locked after the brief
Once the brief is validated, scope and budget are frozen. If the roadmap drifts mid-mission, we arbitrate together. No surprise on the final invoice.
1 to 3 months of post-launch support included
You're never delivered code and abandoned. One month minimum of support to stabilize production, up to 3 months depending on the engagement. Beyond that, clean handoff or continuation as maintenance.
Questions - Frequently asked questions
How quickly can Quub start?
The lead time depends on the Discovery phase. Plan 1 to 2 weeks after the first call to start the engagement concretely. Demand peaks can extend this to 3-4 weeks maximum.
How much does a Quub engagement cost?
It depends on the format. For a web MVP: €30k to €80k. For embedded PM support: €12k to €20k per month. See the full pricing on the Pricing page.
Who does Quub work with?
Pre-seed or Series A startups for MVPs and early development, and larger organizations (consulting firms, industrial groups) for refreshes and complex business platforms. Web2 or Web3, no preference. See dedicated approaches by profile.
What happens after delivery?
Every project includes 1 to 3 months of post-launch support to stabilize production. Beyond that, either clean handoff to your internal team, or continuation as maintenance or embedded mission.
