Services - Advisory & Support

Advisory and support cover two distinct missions. In advisory, the engagement happens upstream of a project or on a specific question: architecture choice, audit of an existing stack, MVP scoping, vendor selection. In support, a product manager or delivery lead embeds in your team to drive delivery over time: roadmap, prioritization, multi-team coordination. Whether you’re launching a B2B SaaS, refreshing a business application, or a decentralized protocol.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between advisory and support at Quub?

Advisory is one-off: an audit, a take on a technical decision, an MVP scoping. A few days to a few weeks. Support is embedded over time: a PM or delivery lead integrated into your team to drive delivery. Minimum 3 months.

Can Quub audit our existing technical stack?

Yes. We run technical audits (architecture, code quality, debt, scalability, security) on both classic web and Web3 stacks. Deliverable: a prioritized report with actionable recommendations and remediation roadmap. Typical format: 2 to 4 weeks, presented to your technical team.

What’s the minimum engagement for an embedded PM?

Three months. That’s the time needed for a product manager or delivery lead to understand your context (product, teams, stakeholders), take ownership of the roadmap, and deliver measurable results. Below that, the ramp-up investment from our side doesn’t pay off for you.

Does Quub work with internal technical teams?

Yes, it’s actually the most common case: we integrate with your existing team to structure delivery, unblock decisions, and coordinate vendors. If you don’t have an internal team yet, we can also own the full delivery in a fully outsourced setup.

Can you help us pick our technical stack before development starts?

Yes, this is a typical advisory engagement. We evaluate your constraints (existing team, budget, timeline, scale targets) and recommend a stack with its trade-offs. This avoids structural decisions you would regret later, when pivoting costs ten times more.
